Who we help

Who We Help: Active Adults and Athletes in Dallas

RXN Performance is a sports and performance chiropractic clinic in Uptown Dallas for people who move. If pain has changed how you train, play, or live, and the care or home routines you already tried only worked for a while, you are who we built this for.

These are real patients. Every story below uses first names only.

Racquet sports

Pickleball and racquet sport players

Fast stops, sudden reaches, and long tournament days. When the knee or low back starts to complain, most players rest, ice it, and hope. We find what is overloading the joint and build the strength the sport demands.

BrianAge 53 · Pickleball

Brian could not fully bend his right knee, struggled to put on his pants, and had to sit out pickleball with his wife. After care he is back to consistent gym training and working toward running three 5Ks a week.

LukeAge 20 · Pro pickleball

Back pain kept Luke from finishing tournament days at full effort. After 4 months of strength-focused care, he plays full tournament days with no mid-day flare-ups.

Strength training

Lifters and strength athletes

Powerlifters, gym regulars, and cyclists who lift. Pain under the bar is often a hip or movement problem showing up in the knee or back, not damage to the joint that hurts.

AndrewAge 35 · Powerlifting

Nearly a year of right knee pain limited how heavy Andrew could squat. We found restricted left hip motion shifting load onto the knee. About 12 weeks into a 15 week plan, he hit a pain-free 315 lb squat.

RonAge 53 · Cycling and lifting

Ron lived with low back pain for 5 to 7 years and was researching surgery. In six months his trap-bar deadlift went from 65 lb to 295 lb with no back pain.

Classes and studios

Gym, class, and studio regulars

F45, Pilates, boot camps, and group classes keep you consistent, but the same movement patterns can wear on the same spot. We keep you training at full effort instead of modifying every workout.

KellieAge 34 · F45

Recurring low back pain cut Kellie from 5 days a week to 2 modified days. The driver was a stiff left hip and a left knee issue, not her spine. She is back to 5 unmodified days a week and stayed pain-free after discharge.

PaytonAge 29 · Pilates and gym

Payton had to shake out her shoulder mid-class and avoided upper-body lifting. The cause was a shoulder blade that could not rotate upward. After 15 weeks she trains Pilates 3 days and lifts 3 days a week with confidence.

After surgery

Comebacks after surgery

Surgery fixes the structure, but rehab often stops when you can walk normally. We help you close the gap between “cleared” and “capable.”

BryanAge 59 · Cycling and gym

Bryan has had three ACL reconstructions. He went from struggling to sit down and stand up comfortably to back squatting 115 lb to a 16 inch box for 5 reps, and he is training pain-free for a 100 km ride.

CoraAge 48 · Sailing and gym

Years after her ACL repair, Cora’s knee never felt strong. She now jumps rope 100 times unbroken, sails on weekends, and moves with confidence.

What these patients have in common

  • They stay active, or badly want to be.
  • Other care helped for a while, then the problem came back.
  • The spot that hurt was rarely the real cause. The driver was upstream: a hip, a shoulder blade, or a strength gap.
  • We treated them like athletes being rebuilt, not patients being managed. It starts with a full movement assessment.

Is this you?

  • You train or play regularly and pain is changing how you do it.
  • You have tried chiropractic, physical therapy, or your own program and the pain returned.
  • You were cleared after surgery but never got back to everything you want to do.
  • You want a clear plan and a coach in your corner, not a punch card of quick visits.
  • You sit at a desk all day and it shows up in your neck or back. Start with our desk job back and neck pain guide.
