We treat both acute injuries (the strain you got last week) and the chronic stuff (the shoulder issue that’s been off for a year). Same approach for both: figure out the real driver, fix it, then rebuild around it.
What this looks like in practice
- First visit (Discovery Visit): Full history, movement screen, hands-on assessment. We map out what’s actually going on.
- Treatment sessions: Manual care (adjustments, soft-tissue) combined with targeted rehab exercises. Usually 1–2x/week initially.
- Transition: As pain reduces, sessions become more about rebuilding strength and movement quality. You move from “patient” to “performance.”
- Discharge: We give you a maintenance plan and the tools to stay healthy on your own. We are not trying to keep you on the books forever.
