RXN Performance is located in the heart of Uptown Dallas at 4812 Bryan Street, inside Switch Fitness. If you live, work, or train in Uptown, we’re less than five minutes from anywhere in the neighborhood.
Convenient for Uptown Dallas residents
If you live in Uptown, you already know how convenient the neighborhood is for getting around. RXN Performance is right in the middle of it. We’re a short walk from the Katy Trail, a few blocks from Klyde Warren Park, and minutes from McKinney Avenue. Parking is available on Bryan Street and in the building lot, and Switch Fitness members can come straight from a workout to a session.
What we treat
RXN serves the active adults of Uptown Dallas. The most common things we work on with Uptown patients:
- Sports chiropractic for runners on the Katy Trail and recreational athletes
- Performance rehab for people returning from injury to training or work
- Movement assessment for athletes preparing for races or events
- Injury recovery for acute and chronic issues from training or work
- Lower back pain (especially common in Uptown’s desk-heavy workforce)
- Shoulder pain from lifting, desk posture, or sport
- Sciatica assessment and treatment
Why Uptown Dallas patients choose RXN
The Uptown lifestyle is busy. Most people work in or near Uptown, train at one of the area’s many gyms, and don’t have time to drive across Dallas for healthcare. RXN is built for that: one-hour appointments at convenient times, a clear treatment plan from day one, and a location that fits into your routine instead of disrupting it. We’re also inside Switch Fitness, so if you train there, your care happens in the same building.

Who We Typically See From Uptown
Uptown residents make up a significant portion of our patients. The most common presentations we see from this neighborhood:
- Desk-work-related back and neck pain from professionals working in Uptown high-rises
- Running and cycling injuries from athletes training on the Katy Trail
- Lifting-related shoulder, knee, and hip pain from strength training at nearby gyms
- Group fitness class overuse — Uptown has a heavy density of boutique fitness studios
Why Uptown Residents Choose RXN Performance
The Uptown market has plenty of chiropractors, but very few sports-focused, movement-based practices. We’re built specifically for active adults who don’t want short insurance-driven visits or “adjust-and-go” care. Full-hour, one-on-one visits with the doctor. Root-cause treatment. Care plans that end.
