Services at RXN Performance
Every RXN Performance visit is a full hour, one-on-one with Dr. Ryan. What we do in that hour depends on what your body actually needs — but almost every case includes some combination of the services below. Here’s what each of them is, when we use it, and how they fit into a real care plan.
Assessment & Diagnostic

How These Services Combine in a Real Care Plan
A typical case at RXN Performance doesn’t use one service in isolation. A common structure looks something like:
- Visit 1: Movement assessment + initial adjustment + soft-tissue work on the primary drivers we found. First taste of rehab work.
- Visits 2–6: Continued adjustment and soft-tissue focused on the actual root cause + progressive rehab / performance training that rebuilds the loaded patterns.
- Visits 6+: Emphasis shifts to strength and performance work as the pain and mobility restrictions resolve. Less table time, more coaching.
- Discharge: A clear home program and standing invitation to reach back out when something new comes up.
Real Outcomes These Services Produce
The Patient Stories page has case studies of what this actually looks like in practice — Ron from chronic lower back pain to a 295 lb deadlift, Andrew from a year of knee pain to a pain-free 315 lb squat, Bryan from three ACL reconstructions to training for a 100 km ride.
