Conditions We Treat at RXN Performance
At RXN Performance in Uptown Dallas, we work with active adults across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions — most of them chronic, most of them the kind of issue that hasn’t fully resolved with previous care. Below is a list of the conditions we treat most often, with a dedicated page for each explaining what’s typically driving it and what the treatment approach looks like.
If you don’t see your specific condition below, that doesn’t mean we can’t help. Book a free 15-minute discovery call and we’ll tell you honestly whether RXN is the right next step for your case — or refer you to someone who is.
Back & Spine
Lower Back Pain
Chronic and acute lower back pain — often driven by hip restriction, glute weakness, or unresolved training compensation rather than the spine itself.

How We Actually Treat Conditions
Every condition we work with follows the same clinical framework:
- Real assessment first. A full movement assessment to figure out what’s actually driving the pain — not just where it shows up. Almost all chronic musculoskeletal pain in active adults has a driver that’s up- or down-stream of the painful area. Missing that is why so much conservative care fails.
- Root-cause treatment. A combination of sports chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue therapy, and progressive rehab work targeting the actual driver — not just the symptom.
- Loaded strength progression. Once the pain is settling and range of motion is coming back, we load the pattern. Chronic issues resolve when the tissue can handle the demand you’re putting on it. Rest alone rarely gets you there.
- Care that ends. Our goal is to make our care unnecessary. You should leave with better mechanics, better strength, and a plan for maintaining it on your own.
Real Outcomes
The best evidence of the model is the outcomes it produces. Our patient stories page has case studies of active adults getting back to real training — 295 lb deadlifts after chronic back pain, 315 lb squats after a year of knee pain, 100 km bike training after multiple ACL reconstructions. Not every case looks like these, but this is what “getting fully better” looks like at RXN Performance.
