Dr. Ryan Giniel founded RXN Performance to do chiropractic differently. Not the 10-minute crack-and-go model. Not the every-week-forever model. Care that actually fixes what’s wrong, gives you the tools to stay healthy, and gets out of your way.
Background and education
Dr. Ryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Central Michigan University, where he developed a deep foundation in human movement, exercise science, and strength and conditioning. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, one of the most respected chiropractic programs in the country. The combination matters: kinesiology taught him how the body should move under load; chiropractic gave him the manual therapy and clinical assessment skills to fix what’s breaking down.
Philosophy
Most chiropractic practices treat symptoms. Adjust the area that hurts, send the patient home, see them again in three days. That model serves some people, but it doesn’t serve active adults who want to actually get back to performing.
Dr. Ryan’s approach is different. Every patient starts with a thorough movement assessment to find what’s actually driving the pain. Treatment combines manual therapy (adjustments, soft-tissue work) with progressive rehab and movement re-education. The goal isn’t to keep you coming back forever — it’s to get you back to your sport, your training, or your life better than before, with the tools to stay healthy on your own.
Who Dr. Ryan works with
Dr. Ryan treats anyone whose body matters to how they live. That includes runners, lifters, CrossFit athletes, golfers, triathletes, weekend warriors, desk workers who train on the side, busy parents, and adults over 35 who want to stay active for the long term. The common thread isn’t the activity — it’s wanting more than just a temporary fix.
What patients say
Common feedback Dr. Ryan hears from patients: “I’ve been to chiropractors before — this is different.” “Finally someone who looked at the whole picture, not just where it hurt.” “I feel like I have a plan, not just a prescription for adjustments.” “He told me I didn’t need to keep coming forever, and meant it.”
